About Classera

Classera is a global education technology company delivering digital learning and workforce-development solutions to governments, educational institutions, and enterprises. Through its ecosystem of learning platforms, content, and technology solutions, Classera helps organizations build capabilities, improve learning outcomes, and manage scalable learning and development initiatives.

About LeadXera

LeadXera is Classera's AI-powered, all-in-one Training Management System (TMS) designed to accelerate workforce development through personalized and gamified learning. The platform enables organizations to manage scalable training programs, streamline learning operations, track performance and engagement, and deliver measurable development outcomes for employees, partners, and customers.

Role Overview

The Learning Solutions Sales Consultant sits at the intersection of Classera's LeadXera training business and its client base, carrying a dual mandate: partner with corporate and government clients to identify learning and development needs, design tailored LeadXera-based solutions, and position LeadXera to win against competing offerings — while channeling market and client intelligence back into Classera's product and engineering teams to shape what LeadXera builds next. The role works closely with client L&D stakeholders, the internal sales team, Product & Solution Engineering, R&D, and external content providers to develop commercially viable solutions, strengthen LeadXera's competitive position, support pipeline growth, and ensure successful delivery and measurable client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation and Needs Analysis

• Consult with corporate and government clients to understand their business priorities, workforce capability gaps, and learning objectives.

• Engage L&D leaders and other key stakeholders to assess existing programs, target audiences, delivery preferences, budgets, and success measures.

• Translate findings into clear learning requirements and tailored solution recommendations built on the LeadXera platform and content ecosystem.

Learning Solution Design

• Design end-to-end learning solutions using relevant content, delivery formats, and educational technologies.

• Recommend suitable content providers and delivery models — including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning — drawing on LeadXera's Connect/Marketplace content ecosystem.

• Develop solution proposals that clearly define scope, approach, expected outcomes, implementation requirements, and commercial considerations.

• Present proposed solutions to clients and respond to functional, technical, and commercial questions.

Sales Enablement, Pipeline Management and Competitive Positioning

• Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities, shape solution strategy, and progress training-content opportunities through the sales cycle.

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies for training content in line with agreed revenue targets.

• Build and maintain competitive positioning materials and battlecards, arming sales with differentiation messaging to position LeadXera to win against named competitors.

• Support objection handling and deal strategy on competitively contested opportunities.

• Identify expansion and cross-selling opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.

• Maintain accurate opportunity information, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts in collaboration with the sales team.

• Ensure client proposals and contracts are aligned with approved commercial terms and partnership agreements with content providers.

Product and Portfolio Input

• Serve as a structured channel between the market and Classera's product organization, translating recurring client and prospect needs into clear product requirements and feature requests.

• Partner with Product & Solution Engineering and R&D to prioritize roadmap items based on market demand signals, client feedback, and identified competitive gaps.

• Provide input on packaging, pricing, and content strategy based on client budget conversations and market benchmarking.

• Validate proposed product and content roadmap items against real client and prospect feedback before they are committed.

Provider and Stakeholder Coordination

• Evaluate and coordinate with training content providers to match their offerings with client requirements.

• Facilitate communication among clients, sales, internal delivery teams, Product & Solution Engineering, R&D, and external providers throughout the opportunity and delivery lifecycle.

• Support commercial and operational alignment to enable smooth solution implementation.

Implementation and Client Success

• Support the implementation and launch of approved learning solutions.

• Monitor adoption, delivery quality, and agreed outcomes, escalating risks when necessary.

• Gather client feedback and recommend improvements or additional learning interventions.

• Maintain trusted client relationships and provide ongoing consultative support.

Market and Product Knowledge

• Maintain current knowledge of corporate learning trends, government capability-development priorities, content providers, and learning technologies.

• Track emerging solutions and competitive offerings relevant to client needs, and translate that intelligence into actionable positioning and product input.

• Share market and client insights with sales, partnerships, product, and delivery teams to improve the solution portfolio and go-to-market approach.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Educational Technology, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is an advantage.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in learning and development, learning solutions consulting, training solutions, or a related client-facing role.

• Demonstrated experience conducting learning needs analysis and designing tailored learning solutions for corporate or government clients.

• Experience working with multiple training content providers and delivery models, including e-learning, instructor-led, and blended learning.

• Experience supporting consultative sales, solution proposals, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.

• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Training Management Systems (TMS), and familiarity with the competitive corporate-learning-platform landscape.

• Strong presentation, proposal-writing, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills.

• Comfort acting as a two-way conduit between client-facing and internal product/engineering teams.
