What you'll be doing:

• Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to engage potential clients who are experiencing debt and financial hardship.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, actively listening to their concerns and providing an understanding of our services and offerings.
• Identify and assess specific financial needs and circumstances of clients, determining eligibility for suitable relief programs.
• Educate clients on various financial relief options available, explaining the benefits and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with clients throughout the application process, collecting necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with clients regarding the status of their applications, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
• Meet individual and team sales targets by successfully closing deals and generating leads for the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Keep yourself updated on industry trends and changes in policies related to debt relief programs.
• Collaborate with the Telemarketing Department to continuously improve strategies, sharing feedback and best practices to enhance overall performance.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and influential manner
• Strong listening ability, and understanding of customer needs and concerns.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
• Good problem-solving skills, finding suitable solutions for customers' financial hardships.
• Ability to handle objections and concerns effectively.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software applications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Fluent in English Language
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial relief programs and debt management is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish Language is a plus.

Working days: 

• Monday to Friday: Night shift 
• 6th day: Based on need, managed fairly based on priorities and urgency
