Here is a detailed description of the MDR's role and responsibility
• Take full ownership of all marketing leads received from inbound channels, ensuring prompt attention and follow-up.
• Accurately assess and thoroughly qualify each lead based on predetermined criteria to determine viable potential prospects.
• Engage with prospects through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, messaging and social media, to gather information and additional insights.
• Successfully schedule meetings (live demos) with qualified leads, and assigning each meeting to the appropriate Account Executive, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
• Quickly and efficiently communicate all updates on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis in a critical manner within the MDR team and other relevant departments.
• Collaborate closely with both the marketing and sales departments, acting as a critical link between the two to achieve the best results for the team as a whole and to facilitate smooth communication.
• Analyze and report on marketing campaigns using insights from all inbound leads to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for optimization, change and improvement.
• Work closely with marketing teams to jointly develop new strategies and campaigns, while continuously reviewing, editing and updating current and outdated ones.
• Detect and monitor patterns, trends, and changes in inbound lead quality and volume to provide actionable feedback to the appropriate channels.
Requirements:
• Absolute fluency in English, both written and verbal (other languages are a bonus)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to use critical thinking effectively in all aspects of the role.
• Clear and effective communication skills with all parties involved (internal and external).
• Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
• Team-oriented mindset and a proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software tools and applications (previous experience with CRM tools is a plus)
