Pathfinder Program is a program in which you will have hands on experience in different business functions within the organization, with a special focus on their area of expertise.

In addition to the business-related topics, fresh grads will be introduced to some basic soft skills essential for the working environment like communication skills, presentation skills, and other developmental workshops.
