Role Overview
To drive the sales of Tables & Accessories and Handsets (excluding Samsung & Huawei) across international markets by managing key customer accounts, expanding the customer and supplier base, and ensuring sales targets and gross profit objectives are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute quarterly sales plans by customer with forecasted projections to drive consistent sales growth.
• Achieve sales targets by brand as set by the Line Manager, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor price benchmarking while gathering market feedback on products.
• Actively add new customers and suppliers to the portfolio on a monthly basis to expand market reach.
• Ensure achievements are aligned with budgeted sales and gross profit (GP) targets.
• Manage and develop key international accounts, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and regions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international clients while adhering to company policies.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activities in the assigned regions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management across diverse cultures.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to close deals and manage high-value transactions.
• Proven experience in international B2B sales and key account management.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans with clear deliverables.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (Arabic, French, or African languages) is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
