Supply planning lead

Description:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply planners
• Build and manage supply and replenishment plans
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts/excess
• Align with procurement, production, demand planning, and logistics
• Monitor KPIs (availability, inventory health, service level)

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years in supply planning or supply chain, with some team leadership experience
• Strong analytical skills and Excel/ERP expertise
• Background in retail or FMCG preferred
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
