YOU’LL WORK ON:

You will be a key member of our People & Culture team, supporting the full employee lifecycle across People Operations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience.

You’ll work closely with employees and leaders to solve people-related challenges, build better people processes, and support initiatives that help our people perform, grow, and stay engaged.

YOU’LL HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER:

People Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Own the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and coordination with Finance.
• Manage day-to-day People Operations, including employee requests, records, documentation, and HR processes.
• Handle employee relations and investigations, supporting fair and effective resolution of employee-related matters.
• Manage social insurance processes and coordinate with relevant authorities.
• Manage medical insurance, including employee requests, enrollment, and coordination with the provider.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure People processes remain compliant with company policies and Egyptian labor law.

Talent Management & Performance

• Support the performance management cycle and help leaders set clear goals.
• Support Individual Development Plans (IDPs), succession planning, and talent development initiatives. 
• Support people development and other Talent Management projects.

Talent Acquisition

• Own end-to-end hiring, from role intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment processes through our ATS.

People Experience & Engagement

• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Coordinate employee activities and internal events.
• Gather employee feedback and turn it into meaningful actions.

YOU ARE:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR / People Generalist roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience in People Operations, employee lifecycle, employee relations, social & medical insurance.
• Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR compliance.
• Experience in Talent Management, performance management, and end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
• Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a people-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership.
