Key Responsibilities:


  • Upload and manage product listings with accurate SEO, pricing, inventory, and variant details.
  • Optimize collections, filters, landing pages, and seasonal campaigns to improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with design and development teams to elevate the UI/UX and support marketing objectives.
  • Segment, and execute email campaigns using Klaviyo or including flows and newsletters.
  • Monitor product and email campaign performance; implement data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits for content accuracy and brand alignment.


Qualifications:


  • 2–4 years in e-commerce operations, preferably in home/lifestyle retail or D2C brands.
  • Strong Shopify experience, including merchandising, customization, and CRO best practices.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with basic UI/UX principles and Shopify theme adjustments.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with Odoo is a plus.
