Junior Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team and support the hiring process, with a primary focus on sales roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Post job vacancies on various platforms and job boards
• Source and attract candidates through different channels (databases, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies, especially in sales hiring
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with ATS systems is a plus
