Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Directly lead, execute, and optimize all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for high-speed Netstal, Husky, and Sacmi injection molding machines, including ELION, PET-LINE, Hypet, and CCM, as well as their auxiliary systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical faults and equipment failures.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize machine reliability, ensure peak operational efficiency, and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Demonstrate a strong analytical problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a continuous production environment.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on maintenance experience with high-speed plastic injection molding machinery.
• Practical experience in troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Netstal, Husky, and Sacmi injection molding machines, including ELION, PET-LINE, Hypet, and CCM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a continuous production environment.
