Fluent in Arabic: Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic.

Project Quantity Calculation: Ability to calculate quantities for residential and commercial projects.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing construction, architectural, finishing, and electromechanical elements.

Market Knowledge: Familiarity with current market prices.

Payment Processing: Capable of preparing payment certificates.

Subcontractor Coordination: Ability to review and approve subcontractor invoices and payments.

ERP Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Odoo software.

Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
