We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Officer who possesses deep knowledge across all HR functions and can operate with full independence. The ideal candidate is someone who understands HR operations end-to-end, ensures full compliance with Egyptian labor laws, and can manage day-to-day HR activities with accuracy, ownership, and professionalism.



Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding

Lead full-cycle recruitment for all levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Create and update job descriptions, salary structures, and hiring workflows. Manage onboarding processes, ensure all employees submit required documents, and prepare employment contracts in compliance with local laws.



HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update personnel files, HR records, and employee databases with 100% accuracy. Prepare HR documents such as HR letters, warnings, memos, salary certificates, and announcements. Handle attendance, leaves, overtime calculations, and maintain proper documentation.



Payroll & Benefits

Manage monthly payroll processing, including deductions, allowances, overtime, taxes, and social insurance contributions. Ensure complete compliance with Egyptian labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance procedures. Coordinate with insurance providers regarding medical insurance plans and employee claims.



Employee Relations

Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and HR support. Conduct investigations, issue disciplinary actions, and resolve conflicts professionally. Support performance management processes and ensure timely completion of evaluations.



Compliance & Legal

Ensure all HR activities meet Egyptian Labor Law requirements. Manage social insurance registration, updates, terminations, and settlements. Prepare legal documents required for inspections or audits.



Offboarding

Handle resignation and termination processes, including exit interviews, final settlement, social insurance removal, and clearance forms.



Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–7+ years of professional HR experience, ideally in fast-paced or multinational environments. Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, taxes, and HR compliance. Proven track record in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR operations. Excellent communication skills, high accuracy, and strong problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
