1. Job Purpose
The Digital Solutions Manager is responsible for leading the
development, integration, and security of the company’s digital infrastructure.
The role focuses on designing and implementing technology solutions that
support business operations, enhance data flow across departments, and ensure
secure, efficient, and scalable systems.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Digital Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
Ensure the security and integrity of all company systems,
servers, and digital platforms.
Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and
access controls.
Monitor system performance and security threats, and respond
proactively to incidents.
Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and business
continuity measures.
B. Systems Integration & Automation
Lead the integration of internal systems across departments,
including:
Human Resources and Finance systems
Fund operations and financial reporting systems
Investor relations platforms and investment data systems
Design and implement APIs, middleware, and automation tools
to streamline workflows.
Eliminate manual processes through digital automation
initiatives.
C. Digital Solutions Development
Analyze business requirements and translate them into
scalable technical solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital
transformation.
Implement tools and platforms that enhance operational
efficiency.
D. Data Management & Reporting
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of data
across all systems.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for
management.
Support data-driven decision-making by improving data
visibility.
E. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal departments, including:
Investment Team
Finance Department
Human Capital / HR
Investor Relations
Act as the main point of contact for all digital and
system-related initiatives.
Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and system
providers.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
System uptime and availability (target ≥ 99.9%)
Percentage of system integration across departments
Reduction in manual processes through automation
Number of successfully implemented digital solutions
Data accuracy and consistency across platforms
IT incident response and resolution time
4. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer
Science, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT, systems integration,
or digital transformation roles
Experience in financial services, asset management, or
investment firms is preferred
Proven experience in system integration and process
automation
5. Technical Skills
Systems Integration (APIs, Middleware)
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
Cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices
ERP and financial systems integration
Data tools (SQL, Power BI, or similar)
