With major clients across UAE, KSA, and global markets, Rayqube is entering its next scale-up phase and is now seeking a Chief Growth & Commercial Officer (CGCO) to build and lead our commercial engine across four verticals: Exhibitions, Events & Brand Activations, Experiential Technology, Permanent / Immersive Projects.
The Role:
The CGCO is the architect and driver of Rayqube’s commercial engine — accountable for commercial strategy, pipeline creation, margin discipline, forecasting, pricing, and the performance of all commercial verticals.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility leadership role suited for an experienced commercial leader in the GCC who can combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
You will:
- Build and lead the commercial organisation
- Define GTM strategy across all verticals
- Own pipeline, forecasting, pricing & revenue performance
- Lead and mentor Directors of Events, Exhibitions, Tech, and Immersive
- Install CRM discipline, sales structures, and predictable cadence
- Unlock new markets, partnerships, and enterprise accounts
- Elevate Rayqube’s commercial brand and relationship capital
- Work closely with founders on long-term growth and scale strategy
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Strategy & P&L Leadership
- Define annual commercial strategy for 4 verticals
- Set monthly & quarterly commercial targets
- Build pricing architecture, rate cards, and margin controls
- Oversee proposal/pricing governance with accuracy & speed
2. Pipeline, Forecasting & Sales Structure
- Build top-down commercial engine with CRM discipline
- Run weekly commercial reviews + forecasting
- Ensure predictable pipeline development across markets
3. Vertical Leadership
Lead and mentor:
- Director – Events & Activations
- Director – Permanent / Immersive Projects
- Tech Sales Lead
- Exhibitions Commercial Team
Own performance, clarity, and accountability for all commercial heads.
4. Market Expansion & Partnerships
- Build senior relationships with brands, developers, agencies, consultants
- Unlock new opportunities in UAE, KSA & wider GCC
- Develop scalable partnerships with production, tech, and innovation partners
5. Proposal Conversion
- Improve commercial discipline within proposals
- Ensure proposals reflect Rayqube’s positioning & capabilities
6. Leadership & Culture
- Create a commercially driven, high-performance culture
- Shape BD behaviours and monthly/quarterly rhythms
- Provide clarity, calm, and commercial intelligence across all teams

What You Bring
Experience
- 10–15+ years in commercial leadership roles
- GCC experience in experiential, creative, media, tech, events, exhibitions, or consulting
- Proven track record building multi-vertical commercial organisations
- Strong financial literacy: pricing, forecasting, margins
- Experience leading 3–5 commercial heads or verticals
