Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong floral design skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality floral arrangements for daily orders, events, and special projects.

• Maintain freshness and quality of flowers and ensure proper storage and care.

• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver customized floral concepts.

• Assist in inventory control, flower processing, and maintaining shop and workstation organization.

• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain company standards in all interactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Florist or Floral Designer.

• Strong skills in floral arrangement, composition, and color coordination.

• Creativity, precision, and an eye for detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of flowers, plant varieties, and seasonal availability is preferred.

• Formal training or certification in Floral Design or related fields is a plus.
