About the Role:
The Branding Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Jo Academy’s brand strategy, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and engaging brand presence across all channels. This role requires strong creative direction, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in brand development, visual identity, and content alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Jo Academy’s overall brand strategy and identity.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and tone across all communication platforms.
- Lead the creation and implementation of brand guidelines.
- Ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and digital assets align with the brand strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and content teams to enhance brand consistency.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen brand differentiation.
- Manage external agencies and creative partners when needed.
- Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (5-9 years) in branding, marketing, or creative direction.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and content development.
- Experience in the education or digital platforms sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creativity merged with analytical thinking.
