We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to join our growing team in Egypt.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team working on premium real estate projects in Saudi Arabia, connecting with clients from around the world and delivering exceptional investment experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Support team members in closing high-value deals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Ensure high-quality client communication and follow-up
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports
Role Nature
This role involves team leadership, telesales management, and direct client interaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Background in real estate or high-value sales is highly preferred
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Professional and presentable
