About the job:

You will be responsible for leading

day-to-day recruitment operations with a strong focus on mass hiring, delivery speed, and candidate quality. The role oversees sourcing strategies, ATS utilization, recruitment reporting, and supports employer branding initiatives to ensure the company attracts and hires top talent aligned with business growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across high-volume roles.

2-Translate workforce plans into actionable hiring pipelines.

3- Ensure timely shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.

4- Maintain strong talent pools for recurring and urgent vacancies.

5- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and SLAs.

6- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and database searches.

7- Build proactive pipelines for critical and future roles.

8- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

9- Ensure accurate usage of the Applicant Tracking System.

10- Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion ratios, and source effectiveness.

11- Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards.

12- Provide market feedback on availability, salary trends, and challenges.

13- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.



Qualifications

1- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

2-  (3–5) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to mass hiring.

3-  Background in fintech or financial services is highly preferred.

4- Experience supervising or mentoring recruiters is a plus.
