Research Assistant - CRM Analytical Lab

Job Brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Analytical Lab Analyst to support routine laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples. The candidate will be responsible for conducting tests, documenting results, maintaining lab equipment, and following quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment.

Job Description:

• Perform routine analytical testing as per approved methods and procedures
• Analyze raw materials
• Prepare reagents, solutions, standards, and samples for testing
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as pH meter, UV spectrophotometer, balances, titration equipment, and other analytical instruments
• Record test results accurately in laboratory notebooks, worksheets, or systems
• Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Assist in calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments
• Report abnormal results, deviations, or out-of-specification findings to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
• Support documentation review, audits, and other quality control activities

Job Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in analytical chemistry or quality control laboratory.
• Basic knowledge of analytical testing techniques and laboratory practices.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with GLP/GMP principles is an advantage.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
