  • Identify and acquire new merchant partners across targeted sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchant partners.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, commercial agreements, and onboarding requirements.
  • Educate merchants on consumer finance products (BNPL, installment programs, payment solutions).
  • Work with merchants to activate campaigns, offers, and promotions that drive sales.
  • Monitor merchant performance, ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for merchant inquiries, escalations, and support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Risk, Operations) to deliver merchant solutions.
  • Provide feedback and market insights from merchants to inform product and partnership strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on merchant acquisition, performance, and pipeline.


 

Responsibilities:

 

  • . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • . 2-4 years of experience in partnership management, business development.
  • . Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
  • . Experience in Fintech partnerships.
