- Identify and acquire new merchant partners across targeted sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchant partners.
- Negotiate partnership terms, commercial agreements, and onboarding requirements.
- Educate merchants on consumer finance products (BNPL, installment programs, payment solutions).
- Work with merchants to activate campaigns, offers, and promotions that drive sales.
- Monitor merchant performance, ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for merchant inquiries, escalations, and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Risk, Operations) to deliver merchant solutions.
- Provide feedback and market insights from merchants to inform product and partnership strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on merchant acquisition, performance, and pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- . 2-4 years of experience in partnership management, business development.
- . Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
- . Experience in Fintech partnerships.
