Job Title: Sales Team Leader
Responsibilities
· The Sales Team Leader will manage, lead and mentor a team of up to 4 sales acquisition and retention executives.
· Set targets for each account manager in terms of new client accounts and total deposits each month.
· Accountability to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual client deposit and volume targets for the team.
· Be a leader and a contributor to the overall Team targets.
· Work closely with the country manager on sales promotions and lead acquisition.
· Identify new business opportunities that may arise during the normal course of sales operations and seize them in a professional and timely manner.
· Build a motivating and rewarding psychological work environment by providing various forms of rewards and recognition to team members to ensure the continuous growth of individuals.
· The main purpose is to build a super sales team and to help redefine financial investing for the youth in South Africa by empowering them with the Ingot way and Ingot trading tools.
· You will be responsible for encouraging and maintaining high morale within your team and always act with the highest integrity. You will also be responsible and accountable for generating direct business yourself, contributing towards the team target as well as managing the team targets.
· Identify and develop new sales strategies and convert them into profitable new business and assist with other sales and marketing activities such as trade shows and conferences.
· Create sales and progress reports for the country manager & leadership team.
· Providing directions to all Sales Teams to ensure operational efficiency, and responsiveness to customer expectations is of the utmost quality.
· Build a motivating and rewarding psychological work environment by providing various forms of rewards and recognition to team members to ensure the continuous growth of individuals
· Institute a culture of Superior Service to Sales.
· Develop sales scripts and sales strategies.
· Have weekly sales training sessions with the team.
· Ensure that all sales reps are meeting their daily KPIs and monthly deposit targets.
Requirements
· National Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance related major
· At least 3 years of experience in Sales in one of the following industries with preference given to the CFD industry, Insurance, Banking, and Financial Services.
· Superior Sales leadership and management skills.
· Sales techniques in Acquisition, Retention, and Dispute Management.
· A large network of clients that can be moved across to Ingot.
· Deep understanding and passion for the online financial trading space.
