Telesales Representative Egypt

A leading company in the region is looking for a Telesales Representative to join its team in Qesm El Maadi. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on sales, customer support, and client training.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

✅ Provide excellent customer support and resolve client inquiries.

✅ Educate clients on the company’s services and offerings.

✅ Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, customer service, or a related field.

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

✔ Ability to deliver engaging product training to clients.

✔ Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
