(Engineering and Premises Management Services Senior Officer)

Location: Amman- Jordan

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Assisting the unit manager in supervising and coordinating the activities of all engineering documentation
• Planning implementing and monitoring the preventive maintenance programs
• Assuring the availability of replacement parts
• Communicating the departments for works organization
• Observing the execution and work completion
• Observing the repair works, daily checking of maintenance request by other departments
• Review and follow up maintenance contracts

Job Qualifications & special skills:

1. Degree  in electrical engineering
2. Good command in written and spoken English
3. At least 7-8 years exp.Two of them in similar rule
4. BMS knowledge
