We are currently looking to hire “Senior HR Operations Specialist “to join our HR Team to carry

the following responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities:


1.      Support the HR Operations Manager in executing and enhancing daily HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, contract management, and HRMS administration.

2.      Supervise the preparation of employee request letters and final settlements, resolving complex issues and

escalating cases as needed.

3.     Maintain employee benefits programs, resolve related issues, and ensure timely updates and coordination

with providers.

4.     Coordinate and support the implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational

objectives and operational efficiency.

5.      Ensure consistent application and compliance with HR policies and labor laws across the

department, offering guidance and support to team members.

6.   Prepare, review, and validation of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and

compliance with salary structures, internal policies, and regulatory standards

7.    Monitor time attendance records, address discrepancies, and coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate

salary computation.

8.   Oversee the implementation of Social Security processes, including employee registration, contribution

verification, and reporting in alignment with national regulations.

9.   Serve as the HR Liaison Officer for managing and following up on Social Security claims, including

maternity leave, sick leave, and work injury cases, ensuring timely submission,

accurate documentation, and effective communication with employees and relevant

external authorities.

10.  Maintain and audit HRMS data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and

confidentiality in line with data protection regulations.


11.  Manage and optimize HRMS configurations, workflows, permissions,

and reporting functionalities in coordination with relevant departments.


 


Qualifications and requirements


1- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field


2- 6+ years of experience in a related field.


3- PHRI Certificate is preferred but not mandatory. SPHR Certificate is preferred but not mandatory
