Position Overview:

Tradeling.com is a government-funded startup, aiming to be the dominant B2B marketplace in MENA by simplifying and enhancing digital B2B trade. The role involves critical decision-making, working with cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and develop outbound associates to achieve performance goals, providing feedback and conducting reviews.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve workflows to optimize speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Work with inventory teams to ensure product availability and manage flow from storage to outbound areas.
• Quality Control: Ensure packaging, labeling, and shipping meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• KPIs & Reporting: Track key performance metrics and use data to drive operational improvements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Problem Resolution: Address operational issues such as shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, or customer complaints.
• Technology Utilization: Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) to track progress and improve workflow.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics, with 1-2 years in a leadership role. Experience in F&B, fashion, or soft-line warehouses is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team management and coaching experience, with the ability to develop staff.
• Problem Solving: Analytical skills to resolve operational challenges quickly and make data-driven decisions.
• Attention to Detail: High focus on accuracy to ensure timely and correct orders.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with team members and departments.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
• Technology Proficiency: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
