We’re changing this by enabling all consumers to instantly receive credit within minutes at their favorite merchants.



Job Scope

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk/Admin Assistant in Merghany St. office. The Front Desk will be responsible for reception duties, office management and general admin tasks.



Key Accountabilities

Reception:

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
  • Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all partners.
  • Handle Courier service.


Administration Management:

  • Handle office supplies & stationery.
  • Handle scheduling, correspondence, data entry, file management.
  • Manage office assets.


Office Management:

  • Manage meeting rooms reservation.
  • Monitor Office cleaning and maintenance.
  • Supervise the security service.
  • Ensure office environment is organized and safe.



Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.


Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years in same position, Admin assistant or customer service.
