DevOps Engineer - Saudi National

Job Summary

We are hiring for a well-known governmental entity in the Riyadh region. The DevOps Engineer is responsible for managing and automating deployment processes, improving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring infrastructure efficiency across development, testing, and production environments. The role bridges the gap between development and operations to deliver high-quality software efficiently and reliably.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment processes.
• Monitor and maintain system performance and infrastructure reliability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to support integration and delivery.
• Ensure system security and implement necessary access controls and monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot system and deployment issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain documentation for configuration and operations processes.
• Work on cloud platforms and support containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Participate in code reviews and infrastructure design discussions.
• Improve release cycle and reduce deployment time through automation.

Job Requirements

• Saudi National
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Certifications:
• Certified DevOps Practitioner or equivalent (recommended)
• Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo)
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps best practices
