Role Overview:


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our merchant partnerships and drive customer acquisition through on-ground activities. This role plays a key part in strengthening merchant relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive customer acquisition through merchant partnerships and generated leads.
  • Execute offline marketing activities, including in-store branding, stickers, and table tents to enhance Halan’s visibility.
  • Conduct training sessions for merchants to ensure proper understanding and activation of products and services.
  • Maintain consistent brand presence across all assigned merchant locations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for merchants, ensuring smooth transactions and resolving any issues promptly.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 0–1 years of experience in sales, support, or a related field.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
