Looking to start your career in business development?
We’re hiring a Jr. Business Development Executive to join our Business Development Training Program designed for fresh graduates and early-career candidates looking to gain practical experience in sales, client outreach, and market development.
This role will begin with a training and evaluation period. Candidates who successfully meet performance expectations during the program may transition into a full-time position.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Identify and research potential clients in targeted GCC regions and industries
• Reach out to a target number of clients daily through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Schedule and achieve target numbers of qualified meetings monthly
• Ensure the quality of leads and clients matches the company’s target criteria
• Present and introduce KFM’s services to potential clients professionally
• Maintain organized records of outreach and client communication
• Work closely with the Business Development team to support company growth

What We’re Looking For
• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
