Looking to start your career in business development?

We’re hiring a Jr. Business Development Executive to support our growth across the GCC by researching markets, identifying potential clients, and building a strong pipeline of leads.


This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who are eager to learn, proactive, and enjoy connecting with businesses.


What You’ll Be Doing

• Research and identify potential clients across GCC markets

• Target specific regions and industries to build lead lists

• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, etc

• Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team

• Keep lead data organized and updated in CRM tools

• Support the team with proposals and presentations

• Track your progress and contribute to weekly reports

• Work closely with a collaborative, cross-border team


What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience

• Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)

• Confident, proactive, and willing to learn

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working remotely and independently

• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business is a plus
