Job Description:
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Coordinate with designers to prepare post assets, captions, and campaign materials.
• Monitor comments and messages and escalate inquiries when needed.
• Assist in executing seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional rollouts.
• Support website updates including product uploads, banners, and promotions.
• Communicate with influencers and track PR packages, posting timelines, and content.
• Support store activations, events, and campaign materials for retail locations.
• Track social media performance and maintain marketing trackers and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, printing suppliers, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Bonus: Experience in retail/lifestyle brands or basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe
