Job Summary:
We are seeking a Creative Manager to lead our Branding Department, overseeing the creation of visual identities, proposal designs, and all related branding work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers high-quality, innovative, and cohesive branding solutions that align with our company’s vision and client needs. This role requires a creative leader with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the branding team in designing visuals for proposals, presentations, and brand identities
Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and visual standards across all projects
Oversee the creation of logos, typography, color palettes, and other brand assets
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful branding solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Mentor and guide the branding team, fostering creativity and professional growth
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in branding, visual design, or a related field
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field
Certifications (if applicable):
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Graphic Design
Project Management Professional (PMP)
UX Design Certification
Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, identity design, and visual storytelling
Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Creative Abilities: Ability to translate client needs into compelling visual solutions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Project Completion Rate: Measure the percentage of projects completed on time and meeting required quality standards
Design Quality: Evaluate how well designs align with quality standards, innovation, and visual guidelines
Client Satisfaction: Measure the satisfaction of internal teams and clients with the branding solutions provided
Continuous Improvement Rate: Track the team's ability to adapt, improve, and deliver innovative ideas
Professional Development: Monitor the team’s growth in creative and technical skills through ongoing workshops and training
