INGOT Brokers has physical offices and operation hubs and/or consultants in Pakistan, UAE, Australia, Jordan, Saint Vincent, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, Kenya, Seychelles, and Qatar. In the Jordan office alone, the company has approximately 200 employees, with the number growing steadily.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Closing potential leads by using advanced phone sales techniques to profile and sell the lead effectively.
  • Following up with all leads and clients to make sure that are satisfied. Meanwhile, inform and educate all clients of new promotions, services, and features that can help a longer lifetime with INGOT.
  • Learn INGOT Brokers’ account types, offers, services, instruments, and instrument specifications as well as develop market knowledge and sales skills.
  • Make sure that all clients are s
  • Fulfill any other requirement or duty that involves the main Job responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Economics is preferable. Business Administration is acceptable.
  • + 1 year in a similar industry OR + 2 years’ experience in tele-sales or sales roles
  • Knowledge in the CFD context
  • English proficiency.
