Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join Ariika’s Customer Service team. This role is key in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and ensure prompt, professional responses
- Address customer complaints and provide effective, timely resolutions
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure closure and customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and company policies
- Maintain a positive brand image through every customer interaction
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
