About the role:
In this role, you will be part of a collaborative kick-off to close. The Solutions Delivery Specialist will be working closely with the sales team and responsible for the pre-sales activities to ensure a successful deal closing and take customers from concept to deployment for a successful hand-off to the Customer Experience team. In addition, you will be responsible for the requirement gathering with the business analysis team and part of the system features roadmap.
You will be the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This role holds a high level of independence to lead successful software implementations and support from project kickoff to completion with the transition to the Customer Success team for the on-site projects.

What you will be doing:
- You will collaborate with Sales and prospective customers during the solutions design stage to ensure that customers are set up for success. You’ll be working with those same customers during implementation to deliver high-quality and on time.
- Your focus with our prospects and customers will be on needs analysis, solution design, and configuration, coordinating our internal teams and working with sales, customer success, and product to understand customer use cases and enhancement requests.
- Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then link them to a suitable set of products/solutions.
- As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll take part in key customer interactions throughout the customer journey, e.g., you will partner with Account Executives during the sales process. During the onboarding process, you’ll be working with the project Manager and Project Coordinators, as well as Customers and their external stakeholder partners.
- Work with Business Development, Product Management, and Engineering team to build highly scalable SaaS products and integration modules.
- Stay up to date with new features on ZenHR.
- Prepare detailed project plans and scope of work documents that blend client requirements well with the company's visions and coordinate across various teams to establish smooth execution during all phases of the project.
- Adhere to the standards of scope, timeline, and budget throughout the entire project lifecycle execution and ensure the project's success.
- Work closely with the development & business analysis teams to explain the requirements and constantly monitor the progress.
- Suggest improvements in systems & processes and assist the technical team with issues needing technical expertise.
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve all issues within the required timeframe, recommend appropriate changes to all policies and procedures, and audit all implementation for the team.
- Evaluate all processes, provide technical support to senior implementation managers, and establish client configuration requirements.
- Review the user training documentation for business users to ensure effective and efficient use of the new systems.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in projects and delivery management for SaaS companies
- Solid technical background with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in software development, preferably in cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to drive large-scale global projects with a deep understanding of agile SDLC, high collaboration, and leadership.
