We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Fulfillment Team Leader to oversee the efficient execution of our B2B fulfillment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of fulfillment specialists, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction for our business-to-business clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the fulfillment team, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance to meet the unique needs of our B2B customers.
  •  Ensure B2B orders are processed and shipped in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established policies and procedures, and aligning with the specific requirements of our business clients.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate inventory records, coordinate with the procurement team, and optimize inventory levels to meet the fluctuating demands of our B2B customers.
  •  Implement and maintain quality control measures to identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the B2B fulfillment process, ensuring a seamless experience for our business clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to address any B2B fulfillment-related concerns or queries, and maintain strong relationships with our business clients.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar B2B operations or fulfillment leadership role
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics, tailored to the needs of business customers
  • Proficiency in inventory management and order processing systems for B2B environments
  • Strong understanding of the unique requirements and challenges of B2B order fulfillment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage with business clients
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service to our B2B clients
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in a B2B context
