Position Summary: Manages the entire project documentation lifecycle, ensuring the integrity, compliance, and controlled distribution of all technical, contractual, and administrative records. Reporting To: QA/QC Leader / Contract Administrator.
Key Qualifications and Requirements (Mandatory):
- Educational Foundation: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree, requiring at least 5 years of overall professional experience regardless of degree type.
- Mandatory Certification: No specific certification is mandatory.
- Specialized Project Experience: Required experience is in similar projects. The role demands proficiency in document management systems, maintaining rigorous filing systems, and ensuring document compliance across large, complex project teams.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Information Governance: Maintain rigorous filing systems, ensuring all project documents are accurate and readily available to the personnel who require them.
- Compliance: Oversee documentation processes, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements stipulated in the QA/QC and Contract Management systems.
- Distribution: Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary teams by ensuring controlled, timely distribution of information and technical submittals.
