Overview


We are seeking a dynamic Medical Representative with a proven track record of success and solid experience working with pharmacies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strategic relationship-building abilities, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical products and their therapeutic applications.



Key Responsibilities


- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and procurement teams to drive product adoption and sales growth.

- Communicate product benefits, clinical data, contraindications, and proper usage to pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals in a clear, compliant manner.

- Identify and prioritize target pharmacies, plan visits, and execute a structured territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs teams to support launches, educator programs, and promotional campaigns tailored to pharmacies.

- Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and feedback from pharmacies to inform strategy and improve product positioning.

- Ensure timely order processing, accurate forecasting, and inventory management in coordination with wholesalers and distributors.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory guidelines, pharmacovigilance processes, and company policies related to medical sales.



Required Qualifications


- Proven experience as a Medical Representative with a strong track record in working with pharmacies or pharmaceutical distributors.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships at all levels within pharmacies and healthcare teams.

- Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage a multi-faceted territory.

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
