Position: Finance Manager
Location, Riyadh, KSA

- Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Advising on investment activities and providing strategies that the company should undertake.
- Maintaining the financial health of the organization.
- Analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Developing trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Overseeing operations of the finance department, setting goals and objectives, and designing a framework for these to be met.
- Managing the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Liaising with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Corresponding with various other departments, discussing company plans, and agreeing on future paths to be taken
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop long-term financial goals, create budgets and forecasts, and analyze financial trends and data to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Financial Reporting:
Prepare regular financial reports, statements, and business activity reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Financial Management:
Manage company finances, including cash flow, investments, and equity/debt mix, to ensure the organization's financial stability and profitability.
- Compliance and Control:
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and best practices. This includes managing audits, maintaining financial records, and implementing internal controls.
- Strategic Advice:
Provide strategic financial advice to executive management to support sound decision-making.
- Risk Management:
Develop strategies to minimize financial risks for the company.
- Departmental Oversight:
Supervise and manage the finance and accounting departments, including hiring, training, and providing performance feedback to staff.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required, though a master's degree or certifications can lead to more opportunities.
- Minimum 15-18 Years Experience
- Proficiency in finance software and a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles are necessary.
- SAP business one software work experience
- Strong knowledge of KSA and other GCC financial tax and rule regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing teams and presenting financial information.
- Experience in financial analysis and a proven track record in financial management are crucial.
