Job Title: Business Development Executive
Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive with around 2 years of experience to join our team. This role is primarily focused on generating revenue, closing deals, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is target-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Research target markets and identify potential clients
2. Sales & Closing
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Conduct product demos and sales presentations
• Understand client needs and position the solution accordingly
• Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
3. Client Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Follow up consistently to move leads through the funnel
• Ensure a smooth handover to the account management/customer success team
4. Revenue Growth
• Achieve monthly and quarterly Revenue targets
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Contribute to revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting
5. Market & Competitor Awareness
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on client insights
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development in marketing (preferably B2B)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Must be comfortable with frequent field visits; owning a car is a strong advantage
