Key Responsibilities:
1. Create the main concept for the project, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand vision.
2. Add activation strategies that bring the concept to life and engage the target audience.
3. Write compelling content that aligns with the overall concept and supports project goals.
4. Ensure all parties involved in the project are aligned and agree on the final concept.
5. Collaborate with the team to refine and improve the concept based on feedback and objectives.
6. Trend Researching and to Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and creative innovations to bring fresh ideas to the team.
7. Synthesize ideas from different teams into a cohesive concept.
8. Quality Control and Oversee the final design outcomes and ensure they align with the approved concept.
Required Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in event management or related fields.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (writing).
• Strong research skills to develop well-rounded concepts and ideas.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Skills using different design softwares.
