Art Director

Job Description :

• Develop and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
• Participate in brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas & follow up the execution drive results
• Collaborate with the internal team by providing storyboards and art direction for motion graphics and video creation
• Generating concepts for photoshoots, hiring suitable models, and booking the photographer, location, and clothing
• Selecting outfits and accessories for promotional marketing purposes
• Monitor results and propose actions for the future
• The role is expected to be hands-on
• Keep up with online advertising trends and best practices across ad platforms.
• Ensure all visual content across branches, in collaboration with content creators, meets brand and quality standards.

Job Requirements :

• Fine arts/applied arts candidates are preferable
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work within a team
• A strong ability to direct a team of photographers, videographers and models
• A strong eye for details and an ability to create a creative and an artistic set design for photography
• Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus
• Strong creative skills
• Flexibility to travel inside & outside Egypt
• This is a full-time, office-based role.
