The Role

This is not a "post-and-pray" position. As an Account Manager, you own the strategy, content, and results for your clients. You will manage 3–4 accounts, acting as the trusted brand expert and the bridge between the client and our internal team. You will lead shoots as the on-set creative director, brief shooters, and use performance data to shape future strategy.


Core Responsibilities


  • Relationship Management: Own the full client relationship for 3–4 accounts, including strategy, delivery, and communication.
  • Creative Strategy: Prepare monthly creative briefs with strategy, ideas, scripts, and visual references.
  • On-Set Leadership: Act as the on-set creative director and be physically present for every shoot day.
  • Content Oversight: Brief iPhone Shooters with detailed instructions and review all content before it reaches the client.
  • Direct Execution: Post all approved content directly; at Loop, nothing is pre-scheduled.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate daily community management priorities with Moderators.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile monthly reports, lead client review calls, and apply insights to the following month’s direction.


Candidate Profile


  • Agency Expert: 2–4 years of experience in a marketing agency.
  • Fluent Communicator: Strong communication skills to manage client expectations efficiently.
  • Highly Organized: Deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Platform Native: Fluent in TikTok and Instagram with an understanding of what performs and why.
  • Ownership Mindset: Someone who takes initiative and fixes issues proactively.


Requirements


  • Agency Background: 2–4 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency (Required).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Notion and Trello for project management.
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
  • Mobility: Ability to be present on-site for shoot days (Non-negotiable).
  • Track Record: Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering on time.
