Role Objective:
This role aims to provide legal and regulatory support to the Legal Support Unit and contribute to coordinating legal and corporate activities within a company operating in the fields of management, investment, planning, event and exhibition execution, conferences, and media production.
Scope of the Role:
Organize and follow up on legal documents and files related to the company’s activities.
Provide coordination support between the Legal Support Unit and relevant units (GRC, Administrative Support).
Contribute to the development and follow-up of policies and procedures in coordination with the Quality and Development Department.
Perform administrative documentation and follow-up tasks related to legal matters.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Less than one year of work experience.
Not registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance in the past six months.
Has not previously participated in the Tamheer Program.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
