Software Technical Lead - Fintech (BNPL) - Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design and development of scalable fintech solutions for a BNPL startup in Saudi Arabia. The role is hands-on and focuses on technical leadership, architecture, and delivery while ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations and fintech security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture for scalable, secure fintech systems.

• Provide hands-on leadership through coding, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

• Drive best practices in .NET Core, Angular, microservices, cloud, and DevOps.

• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

• Support Agile delivery and resolve technical bottlenecks.

• Ensure compliance with SAMA and industry standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, with 1–2 years in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role.

• Candidates must be located in Saudi Arabia.

• Mandatory experience with Fintech BNPL companies.

• Strong understanding of SAMA regulations.

• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and Angular.

• Experience with microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and distributed databases.

• Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
