Senior UI/UX Designer - Fintech - Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and development of intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Development, and Marketing to create user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-focused. As a senior member of the design team, you will be expected to take ownership of design projects from concept through execution, championing design thinking and ensuring consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user problems and design effective solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Translate complex business and user needs into elegant, scalable design solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of the team’s output.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful work across web and mobile platforms.
• Proven experience working in the Fintech industry, with a deep understanding of financial products, user behavior, and compliance-related considerations.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and user expectations, including cultural, language, and regional design sensitivities.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and analytics tools.
• Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs in the design process.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Arabic language proficiency.
