- Job Scope:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, responsible for managing
front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment, and supporting administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
- Job Requirements:
Education:
Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Language & Skills.
- Arabic and English (spoken and written)

- Attention to Detail
Professional Knowledge:
- Knowledge of office administration and front desk operations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Understanding of professional communication and customer service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities (But not limited to):
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages when needed.
- Handle front desk operations including visitor registration and access coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming deliveries and couriers
- Support in coordinating internal events, meetings, and office activities if needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and visitor protocols
- Handle and coordinate all PR and PO requests related to office administration and reception activities and follow up with concerned departments to ensure timely processing.
- Act as the point of contact for employee support related to the Recognition & Rewards Program, including assisting employees with system usage and resolving basic technical or application inquiries.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and the system provider to support program administration, including user access, group permissions, recognitions, and system follow-up activities.
- Prepare and monitor program-related reports, notifications, and pending actions while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.
