POULTRY PACKAGING SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: Al Hiyar, Al Ain, UAE

REPORTS TO: Poultry Processing Manager

DEPARTMENT: Business Operations – Packaging

JOB PURPOSE

To lead, coordinate, and oversee all packaging line operations, ensuring that every product leaving the facility meets the highest standards of quality, traceability, and presentation.  You are responsible for supervising packaging operators, maintaining cold chain integrity, verifying weights and labels, and enforcing hygiene and safety standards.  You balance efficiency with pride, because perfection isn’t a goal here, it’s a

habit.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and schedule packaging line staff to meet daily production and order targets.

Monitor sealing, labeling, and coding operations for 100% accuracy.

Verify product weights, presentation, and label compliance against production orders.

Oversee cold chain temperature checks and record data per batch.

Coordinate with QA for traceability verification and random inspections.

Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in all packaging areas before, during, and after shifts.

Ensure all PPE and food-contact rules are strictly followed by all operators.

Lead daily start-up briefings, end-of-shift reports, and line performance summaries.

Train new staff on packaging SOPs, product knowledge, and quality culture.

Immediately report any deviations, equipment issues, or contamination risks to the Processing Manager.

Attendance - ≥ 98% shift attendance

WORK CONDITIONS

Cold-room environment (3–8°C)

Standing work with repetitive manual handling

Shift-based, time-sensitive production with PPE required at all times

Weekend, evening, early morning or public holiday shifts may be required
