Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Creative Direction: Assist the Creative Director in developing and executing creative concepts for projects, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and brand objectives.
2. Concept Development: Contribute ideas to the brainstorming and concept development process for creative campaigns, designs, and other visual materials.
3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure designs and concepts are executed efficiently and meet project deadlines.
4. Client Liaison: Assist in client meetings and communications, helping to translate client needs into creative ideas and ensuring they are implemented correctly.
5. Project Coordination: Help oversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring timelines are met, and all materials meet quality standards.
6. Quality Control: Review and provide feedback on creative deliverables, ensuring that they meet company standards and client expectations.
7. Research & Inspiration: Conduct research to gather inspiration and stay updated on industry trends to ensure creative output is innovative and relevant.
8. Team Support: Provide guidance and support to junior designers and team members, assisting with task allocation and ensuring effective collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably in design or advertising.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous creative work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
