Job Responsibilities

• Work with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements. Job descriptions need to reflect responsibilities and qualifications that are appropriate for the title of the position.
• Recruit for international positions in a fast-pace environment
  
• Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search
• Source and recruit candidates by using different platforms and databases
• Be able to perform the recruitment process A to Z with minimal support from the HR Manager
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR Manager
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity

Requirements: 

• Degree in Business or Human Resource Management
• Minimum of 4 years experience in recruitment
• Knowledge of Jordanian employment law and legislation.
  
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (competency based, stress, structured ... etc.)
• Familiar with ATS preferable CAVALL
• Familiar with Mena HR system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
