Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role:

We are looking for immediate joining a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who specializes in finding the right people to fill open roles, especially those that require special skill sets. Our Talent Acquisition team often work in fast-moving industries that compete for highly-skilled talents.

 Job responsibilities and duties:

• Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
• Use sourcing channels to build pipelines for potential candidates.
• Manage end-to-end hiring process to ensure effective hiring.
• Manage full recruitment cycle, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Working on applicant tracking systems.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or any relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in the same role.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
